After several weeks of screening and activities, the 2017 MBGN competition held by Silverbird came ended on Friday night.
Ihezue Ugochi Mitchel, Miss Kebbi, was declared winner, emerging as the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria 2017.
Ugochi became the 30th MBGN, beating 35 other contestants to the crown.
The new MBGN World queen was crowned by outgoing queen Unoaku Anyadike.
Winner of 2015 MBGN, Unoaku Anyadike had been holding the title for two years as the pageant did not hold in 2016.
Miss Bayelsa, Miss Sokoto, Miss Plateau and Miss Oyo make up the top five finalists.
Miss Bayelsa came in as fourth runner-up, third runner-up was Miss Oyo, while the second runner-up and first runner-up were Miss Plateau and Miss Sokoto respectively.
